David is fortunate to have had broad based unique professional training and experiences in numerous disciplines while working in law firms, corporations, and government.
After graduating from St. Johns University School of Law in New York City, David started his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable John Foreman, at the Superior Court in Phoenix, Arizona. After, he served for more than 8 years as Deputy County Attorney. David received a Special Recognition Award.
David has been involved in the electronic/forensic discovery phase or the document analysis phase of large litigation for many years. Over the years, he has contracted in very respected civil litigation law firms including: Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, and Robbins Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi.
He has also been an integral part of many top organizations including the Attorney General's Office, Charles Schwab, & New York Life Insurance.
While at the Arizona Attorney General's Office, David served under the Honorable Janet Napolitano, current Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security and former Arizona Attorney General.
He is licensed to practice law in California, New York, and Arizona.
In 2010, David was honored with admission to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court during a ceremony in our Nation's Capital.
While he is generally mild mannered, David can be tenacious, and he is no stranger to the Appeals Courts. When the trial court denied his client a jury trial, he presented oral argument to the Court of Appeals. The Court of Appeals reversed the trial court. Read the entire Published Opinion. In his free time, David's passion is road cycling. He rides or races in many charitable events throughout California and neighboring states as well as with bike clubs in Los Angeles and Orange County. Central Park in New York City is one of his favorite places to ride on a sunny Sunday afternoon or along the beach path in Santa Monica. Whether it's a 60+- mile road bike ride or a casual slow beach cruiser ride, you are invited to join him!
